One of the great pleasures in making fine art photographs in Philadelphia is the great diversity of subject matter. There has been a lot of fine art photography done in Philadelphia's Wissahickon Gorge. Of all the fine art photographs I have done in Philadelphia, this one is my favorite.

My fine art photography over the past several years has been primarily landscape photos. This photograph was made in Havana Cuba.
Many Cuba travel pictures show a classic old car on the streets of Havana. This is from the same streets, but I wasn't interested in the usual Cuba pictures.
This photo was made on a hill overlooking the Tengboche monastery on the way to Mount Everest Base Camp.
My fine art photography has utilized a from-the-hip style for several years. Most of my fine art photographs are now made without looking through the camera. It this case, it was particularly helpful, since I really needed to look where I was going.
